Guidelines & Eligibility
At Inta Juice, we're proud to support local schools, teams, and nonprofit groups through fundraising events. However, participation is subject to approval and eligibility requirements.
To host a fundraiser, your organization must meet Inta Juice's eligibility criteria. We currently partner with a variety of groups, including K–12 schools and their affiliates (such as PTAs, field trips, or graduation events), college and university organizations (including student clubs, intramural sports, and Greek life), youth sports teams, and registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Applications may be declined or canceled at any time without explanation if eligibility is not met or our guidelines are violated.
We do not support organizations that discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status. Fundraisers are a joint collaboration between your organization and Inta Juice, and the Inta Juice brand must be represented respectfully at all times.
Once approved (via email), you'll receive custom promotional flyers and a unique online ordering code. Supporters can present the flyer or use the code during their purchase period, allowing us to track fundraiser sales. Materials may be shared digitally through email, social media, and other channels.
Inta Juice will donate a percentage of qualifying product sales—excluding tax, delivery fees, and gift card purchases—to your organization, provided a minimum sales threshold is met. If the minimum is not reached, a donation will not be issued. Donations will be mailed via check to the address provided. We are not responsible for delays or lost checks due to incorrect mailing information.
By submitting your application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to receive communications from Inta Juice. We reserve the right to verify tax-exempt status, decline any application, or cancel a fundraiser at our discretion.
